Welcome! I'm Lan, but I go by Slayxdoll online. I'm a freelance multidisciplinary artist and creator of gothic, creepy, and dark fantasy worlds, and the monstrous characters that inhabit them. I use the mediums of 3D art, 2D art, and music to tell the grimly beautiful stories that inspire me most.I mix the gorgeous with the grotesque, and alien imagination with modern mundanity. Come fall into the darkness of my creative inner world. I promise it's worth the trip.I share much of the process of my artistry on Twitch! You'll find me creating art, music, and DJ'ing several times a week. Our community is passionate, alternative, and very welcoming. We'd love to have you.

Music

I produce cyberpunk mid-tempo music, and dark techno music. I generally produce this music live from scratch on Twitch! Come check me out if you're curious to see my musical process.I also DJ! I perform setlists in a variety of genres during my Twitch streams, also on Twitch.To see past music stream VODs, visit my Youtube channel!I am also part of an EBM / Cyberpunk musical duo called Sisters in Sin, with my talented producer/DJ friend, ROOK.My most recent collaboration is with a prolific German music producer with years of experience in the industrial electronic music scene, Arc1te. We worked on my newest release together, called Dead Signal.To speak more on the topic of my solo music projects, I'd say the feeling I want to evoke within my tracks is a sense of urgency, danger, and wrongness, with a veneer of sexiness to lure you in. The music I love to listen to, and am striving daily to create should feel like:

  • Dancing in a vampire nightclub as blood rains down on you from the overhead sprinkler system, igniting a psychosexual feeding frenzy you can't help but partake in.

  • A high speed car chase through the city, drifting away from cybernetically enhanced police after you rampaged through the streets committing unspeakable crimes.

  • The echo of the memory of a more innocent humanity, before the atmosphere became too toxic to breathe without enhancements, before greed and debauchery became the only global currency,

My goal is to create pieces that only I can create. If you need something in a style that is beyond my passion and scope, there are many other equally talented artists who can handle such commissions.What I can offer to musicians:
I can create album artwork in my specific dark, creepy, yet beautiful style, blending 2D and 3D elements together to tell a story that aligns with your track or album.What I can offer to dark fantasy enthusiasts:
I can create 3D printable dark fantasy characters, perfect for Dungeons and Dragons, Vampire: the Masquerade, and other TTRPG enthusiasts that want a tangible, physical embodiment of their characters. The characters I sculpt do not need to be TTRPG characters. If they are dark fantasy, then I'm interested in creating them for you.Important note on the 3D printable dark fantasy characters: I solely provide .STL files (as well as .OBJ, .FBX files, etc) of the completed sculpt, which are digital files that can be loaded into your own 3D printer to print for personal use.
